The Halcón Group relies on SACMI for the glazing equipment for its new large format production lines.

With one line already in operation and another in project, SACMI has consolidated its position as a reliable partner for large format glazing solutions.
The H2 plant of the Halcón group has started up last May the first of the two large format production lines where SACMI, in addition to supplying the presses, kilns and dryers, has been chosen as supplier for the glazing solutions.
The strong commitment to decoration and glazing, materialised in the last edition of Cevisama 2020, has positioned SACMI as a reliable partner. Trust based on customer support at all stages of supply. The technological advice of the professionals who make up SACMI IBÉRICA's Stand Alone department, together with the proven quality of the equipment, has been one of the decisive factors in the choice.
In this first phase, already in production, it has been supplied:
- 4 CAM 1404 XL booths for mobile airless application of engobes, glazes and suspended granules. The electronic management system that synchronises the movement of the nozzles with the feed of the parts guarantees a homogeneous application.
- 4 NEBULA NEXT 4 airless pumps. 4 body multi-diaphragm pumps with ball valve systems with cartridge housings made of anti-abrasive material and characterised by their fully digital management by means of a touch screen.
- 1 VELA 1300 FC engobe, glaze and micro-grit in suspension application equipment, with agitator tank - and centrifugal pump - managed by a three-phase inverter that incorporates a flow meter for the digital regulation of the application.
- 3 WASHOUT equipment, systems that prevent fouling of the conveyor belts as they pass through the glazing bells (also supplied by SACMI) and the VELA 1300. In addition, they allow savings of up to 8% in engobes and glazes.
